We aim to deliver research you can rely on, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any individual call. Because of this, subscription fees are non-refundable once a service has been purchased and payment made, regardless of individual performance.

Non-Refundable Policy

Once a subscription is active, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. This applies uniformly to every client, to keep the service fair and consistent.

If You're Not Satisfied

If something about the service isn't working for you, contact us — we'll do what we can to help going forward. That said, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted once a payment has been made.
